2. We suggest that you book as soon as possible. 3 weeks is the suggested minimum time frame. Often performers can be booked 6-12 months ahead of time.
3. We'll find the best performers for you and provide a quote within 48 hours for simple requests.
4. After making a booking, you will be sent a request for a 50% deposit to secure the performance date.
5. The performance will take place and you and your guests will have an Extra...Ordinary event!

Our Calgary Office is located in Downtown Calgary, inside the Downtown Friendship Centre (former Golden Age Club) located one block from Historic Fort Calgary. Free parking for clients is located around the rear of the building in the Downtown Frendship Centre lot by the community garden or on 5th and 6th streets SE.

High Seasons

Christmas Season: Mid-October to Mid-January. During this season times we suggest you book in August or September (3-4 months in advance) to secure our best performers. This is the busiest time of year for Quicksilver
Summer Weddings: Weddings that occur in June to August should be booked at least the January/6 months before your wedding.
Stampede & Summer: 2-3 months notice is usually ideal. Organizers for large stampede breakfasts will often book up to 11 months ahead of time.

Our staff also typically takes vacation time in mid-January and August of every year. We may be more difficult to reach at these times but will always make an effort to acknowledge customer inquiries.
